Nov. 9 --Gov. Wes Moore authorized the mobilization of 12 Maryland Army National Guard soliders, two helicopters--A CH-Chinook and UH-60 Black Hawk on September 27. Five of those soliders and three civillian firefighers of the MD-HART returned to Maryland on Oct. 7th after their lifesaving mission reported the Maryland National Guard on their website and in a Nov. 9th social media post.
